THE REACTIONS YOU WANT.
THE ACTIONS YOU WANT TAKEN.
We know that audiences internalize messages more effectively with an enactment strategy, which is why every JMG produced experience has one. These core client strategies are what make our experiences so impactful.

Help your audience internalize your most important message by reinforcing it through an enactment opportunity - a tangible experience designed to make a point.
LET'S EXPLORE
SOME SUCCESSES..

GETTING EMPLOYEES
ON BOARD
When Pratt & Whitney Canada launched a new global business process, the international aerospace giant chose JMG Global to introduce the new system to skeptical employees.
We created an experiential, self-guided tour of the new process and rolled it out across three of their locations over two continents. Employees moved through at their own pace, finding enactment points through the environment where they could familiarize through action.
Adapting and resizing components for each space helped unify the experience across the three locations, and our overseas production partners fabricated items locally to help manage overall costs.
The result was unprecedented success, with record employee engagement and training registration. This led to a “markedly more seamless” system deployment.
INTRODUCING TECHNOLOGY
TO THE WORLD
A North American tech startup was showcasing their new hologram technology at international client events. They chose JMG to produce, with instruction to incorporate the live two-way hologram into the enactment points at every event while accounting for regional differences. Highlights included:
-
A sales conference in Berlin, where the CIO of an international investment firm presented his annual report live from New York as a hologram.
-
A half-day meeting in Zurich, where a live demo was presented via hologram and guests got to test-drive the software with real-time help from abroad.
-
An exclusive dinner hosted by the Prime Minister in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, where government officials delivered congratulaory speeches via hologram.
-
A 2-day investment summit in Monaco, where a firm presented their pitch remotely via hologram.
